Ross Carter is the President of Tempus Ag, a grower focused agriculture chemical company. Tempus Ag has a mission to provide high quality products and service at a fraction of the cost. Ross started his career working in accounting for one of the largest landowners in the United States, G.M. Lawrence & Co. Ross then worked in operations for AgXplore International, working his way up to COO. Having spent his entire career working in agriculture, Ross realized the demand for inputs and opportunity to help growers realize savings, compelling him to create the vision and model for Tempus Ag, launched in January of 2022.

Ross received his Bachelor of Science in Business: Accounting from Southeast Missouri State University. Ross lives in Malden, MO with his wife, Katie, and two kids Auggie and Wyatt.
